We want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted stone blade. However, if you need to cancel or return your order, please review our policy below.
Order Cancellation
🛠 Cancellation Fees:
- Within 24 hours of purchase: A 5% cancellation fee applies to cover transaction processing fees.
- Once production has started: A 20% cancellation fee applies, as each blade is handcrafted, and materials and labor are already invested.
Return Policy
🔄 I accept returns on non-custom stone blades but do not accept exchanges. Please contact me if you have any issues with your order.
- Contact me within 5 days of delivery to request a return.
- Ship the item back within 7 days of delivery; returns beyond this period will not be accepted.
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items to cover inspection, processing, and resale costs.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of these items, returns or exchanges will not be accepted unless they arrive damaged or defective:
❌ Custom or personalized stone blades (including engraved or made-to-order designs)
❌ Sale or discounted items
