We want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted stone blade. However, if you need to cancel or return your order, please review our policy below.

Order Cancellation

πŸ›  Cancellation Fees:

  • Within 24 hours of purchase: A 5% cancellation fee applies to cover transaction processing fees.
  • Once production has started: A 20% cancellation fee applies, as each blade is handcrafted, and materials and labor are already invested.

Return Policy

πŸ”„ I accept returns on non-custom stone blades but do not accept exchanges. Please contact me if you have any issues with your order.

  • Contact me within 5 days of delivery to request a return.
  • Ship the item back within 7 days of delivery; returns beyond this period will not be accepted.
  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items to cover inspection, processing, and resale costs.
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of these items, returns or exchanges will not be accepted unless they arrive damaged or defective:
